Darwen Tough 10k!!
This brand new route brings the very best of what the Darwen Half Marathon has to offer in regards to the glorious views (and more) with hills. However it still remains Tough!!
Event Day Details:
Date: Sunday 6th September 2026 - Start 10.30am.
Location: Blacksnape Playing Fields, Blacksnape Road, Darwen BB3 3PN.
Registration: 8:30am to 10:15am.

The 2026 Route
The race starts and ends at Blacksnape Playing Fields in Darwen. The route is run in an anti-clockwise direction, with left turns making up almost the entire course. The course follows the Darwen Half route up to Bull Hill at which point, it separates across trail and path before re-joining the course route on Blacksnape Road (just up from the Old Crown and Thistle).
